Working from Home
Working from home means something different to everyone. Every day Tleevarity’s agents transform their home office into a support center for one of our many well-known clients.
Arise our partner provides our agents the opportunity to train at home through Instructor Led Training (ILT) where agents have a set training schedule in a real-time virtual classroom setting that offers more socialization with their peers and the opportunity to develop relationships with those they work with! In addition - and depending on the project, we also offer a self-paced, computer-aided training opportunity to our agents!
What You Do
Our agents support multiple client needs. However, depending on the project you may be:
1. Obtaining, entering and verifying customer information
2. Answering customer questions and resolving issues
3. Explaining sales features or offering additional products or services
Flexible Schedule
You work on your time. Agents are able to set their own hours to work around their individual schedules.
